Please note that when your order products from you are entering into a contract with us therefore please take the time to read our terms and conditions thoroughly, which refer to the use of this website. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to the terms of sale. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then please refrain from using this website.


Our website is designed to be easy to use for our users and it is regularly updated. Our stock is monitored on a daily basis therefore when placing an order; this item will be in stock ready to be shipped. On very rare occasions the goods may not be available to us, therefore we will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by this, we will notify you within 24 hours of any such unavailability.


All the conditions in regards to delivery, can be find in the ‘Delivery Information’ section of our website.


Our working hours are between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, you can contact us out of hours via email and we will normally respond within 24 hours. This timescale may vary on weekends and national holidays. If the enquiry is in relation to an order then please state your order number in all forms of contact.


Due to the nature of products we sell, everything on our website is designed for off-road use only. We sell our products worldwide and we cannot advise customers on applicable laws in their country of residence/vehicle use. Please contact your local vehicle enforcement agency for further information. Furthermore due to the nature of our products being electrical items as such, we strongly advise that these are fitted by a qualified fitter only. Although most of the LEDs we sell are designed to be plug and play, we still strongly advise these to be installed by qualified person(s). 


Horizon LEDs will not hold any liability or offer any form of compensation for damages caused by the fitment of aftermarket bulbs, as we are only the retailer of such bulbs and not the manufacturer. If in an extreme case there was damage to be caused, a damage claim would have to be redirected to the manufacturer to liaise with directly. However the risk of damages caused by LEDs is absoluteley minimum due to their low power usage and only would an incorrect installation cause such a problem, which again the risks are extremely low.

All the information within this website is postulated for information purposes only and as such Horizon LEDs takes no responsibility inferred or otherwise nor can be held accountable for any loss, damage or injury arising as a result of any reliance on the advice and information set out within this website or occurring in connection with the installation, modification, removal or servicing or any other procedure involving any product(s) purchased from us.


Any information or advice given by Horizon LEDs is meant for guidance purposes only and you are responsible for determining whether such information or advice applies to your particular situation. The information and advice should not be relied upon as statements or representations of facts. No warranty is given as to the accuracy of any information given.


It is the responsibility of the customer to notify their insurance company about any modifications to their vehicles and no responsibility can be taken by Horizon LEDs for any loss incurred as a result of failing to do so. If applicable we also suggest reffering to your vehicles warranty terms, conditions and clauses for such lighting modiciations as you could invalidate your warranty by use of such products, of course to the manufacturer or warranty providers discretion.


Any technical information provided by Horizon LEDs is given in good faith only and must not be taken as fact. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle from the use of any product(s) purchased from us. If in any doubt consult a qualified auto electrician or your vehicles’ authorised main dealer before fitting. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Details


Horizon LEDs does NOT receive any payment card information that you enter into the secure Streamline/WorldPay systems and as such we keep no records of such information at all. Your personal payment details are purely used for processing your order and delivering your goods.


Any credit card information sent to us is encrypted/scrambled via the secure systems, which we have in place via Streamline/WorldPay, while being sent over the Internet. Streamline/WorldPay is Europe’s leading online payment merchant and they process around half of all card transactions in the UK and Europe, therefore it is very safe and very rare for anyone to intercept your details including Horizon LEDs. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties. Cookies are used on our website, but only for the purpose of keeping track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected products which you wish to buy.


Consumer Cancellation Rights


All consumers have a cooling-off period, which is 14 working days in which they can return unwanted goods without any penalty. The 14-day period commences on the date of receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must return the goods to Horizon LEDs at your cost or we can arrange collection. All postage costs incurred by Horizon LEDs will be subtracted from the refund amount if we are to arrange the collection.


Special order bulbs and bulk order items over £1000 which we dont normally stock as a regular item or as reglular stock are NON-REFUNDABLE unless faulty within the first 7 days, after this period replacements will be provided on a like for like basis in line with our warranty policy. Trade customers are also NOT eligible for refunds and cancellations for bulk and special order items once the order has been placed with our suppliers. The majority of the products we sell are made to order, therefore we do require full upfront payment for such large orders.


Warranty & Returns Policy


We guarantee your satisfaction on any products that are purchased from Horizon LEDs and we ask that you contact us via the ‘Returns’ section of our website to obtain a RMA number. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We also advise that all returned goods are sent via a recorded/insured service to eliminate losses. A full refund less only the postage cost will be given, requiring the goods are in a 100% resalable condition and in the original packaging they came with. Only after receiving a RMA number from us, please send your returns to the address which we provide to you via email. If goods are damaged or not in resalable condition then we reserve the right to refund the order less the costs to repair/replace the damaged goods, furthermore we reserve the right to reject refunds on damaged/non resalable goods whereby these will be shipped backed out to the original purchasing customer. Please refrain from making a purchase from our website if you wish to not agree witht the returns process. 


We cannot accept instructions for returns by means of social media and/or email. All returns must be requested through the correct channel using the 'Returns' link which can be found on the bottom footer of every page within our website. We cannot always reply to emails immediately, therefore this may affect your 14-day cancellation rights - hence we advise using the correct channel of return.


In the extremely unlikely event that your item develops a fault during its specified warranty period, Horizon LEDs will replace any failed product or component. We ask that you contact us via the ‘Returns’ section of our website to obtain a RMA number and upon confirmation of this, send the faulty item(s) back to us with a copy of your invoice and the RMA confirmation.


Please note that replacements cannot be shipped until the faulty product has been received and tested by us. The returns shipping method you choose to send the part back to us is not essential, as long as we receive it, nonetheless we strongly advise you send the products back to us via a recorded/insured postal service - although not essential. Customers are liable for the returns postage costs unless within the 14-day cooling-off period if and when a product is found to be faulty.


Once the faulty product is received and tested we will send out your replacement and send you confirmation of this. Any product warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair general wear and tear, willful damage, accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the product supplier, failure to follow the product suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the product suppliers prior approval. HID Kits are covered by a 2 year warranty, please note that the HID bulbs which form part of the kit only come with a 1 year warranty. 


Not all of our LED products are CANBUS compliant, although majority of them are we never guarantee them to work with all makes and models, as we are unable to physically test them on all makes/models which are in the market. We don't offer or accept refunds for bulbs which throw up warning messages on your vehicles computer systems. If in doubt, please ask us and we can check if your vehicle is compatible with our bulbs before you place an order. This does not affect your right to return within 14 days of delivery however return shipping charges for CANBUS error related bulbs must be paid for by the customer in cases where you have not asked us to check compatibility before ordering. Under the warranty policy of all our LEDs, the manufacturer nor ourselves cover any labour charges imposed by garages/fitters to fit and/or remove a LED which has become faulty, this lies the responsibility of the customer in all circumstances.


Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days for them to show back into your account from the day we process the refund payment, we have no control over this as this is the genral timescale given by the banks and online card payment merchants.


Damaged/Scratched/Signs of Use - Returns During Cooling Off Period Terms


We are very lenient in terms of allowing our customers to try out any of our LED products and allowing them to be returned in line with the above terms & conditions for a refund. But please do note that we have a very strict policy for returned items which are found to be damaged from installation, misuse or modification. If any item returned to us for a refund is found to be a in a non-resaleable condition then we reserve every right to deny a refund. In most cases if the damage is minimal then we also reserve the right to charge a restocking/repair fee in order to bring the item back to pristine/saleable condition. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund and you will be contacted prior to this for confirmation. If we are to refuse a return infull, this will be shipped back to you at the original registered order address via a courier at our cost.


Due to recent misuse of our rather lenient policy, we have now been forced to take steps to prevent this from happening in the future and making it fair for all our customers. As you can understand, we sell high quality, premium and sometimes rare items which of some do come with a premium price tag, therefore we cannot be in business to allow customers to try, damage and return goods at our expense, as damaged goods are then rendered useless and we are not able to resell these. Therefore. please do take extra care when installing such items into your vehicle, bearing in mind that you may need to return them for whatever reason such as fitment issues as an example. If you do not agree to this specific term then please do refrain from buying LEDs from this store.


Please also note that we picture and record every returned item if it is found to be damaged, if a chargeback is issued against such orders then we reserve every right to use this form of media as well as any communications discussed to defend our case in the matter. We have had cases where the banks have refunded their customers on a goodwil gesture basis through the chargeback route, where we as a business have to suffer the costs in regards to the damaged product(s), in cases as such we will and have successfully proceeded matters through small claims court, where the costs for doing so are added to the recovery costs. This may seem very extreme on our part, but sadly we sell premium products which we cannot afford to be damaged due to negligance by the consumer. If you are unsure of any details specifically regarding this condition of sale then please do contact us and we will be more than happy to help out.


Information for Xenon HID & LED Kits


Please note that it is solely your responsibility to confirm that the items purchased are appropriate for your vehicle make/model and that the use of such items conforms to all applicable laws in your Country of use. In the United Kingdom, fitting an aftermarket HID or LED kit is not 100% technically road legal as there are other factors which need to be considered first and such information varies between vehicle models. Therefore all our Xenon HID & LED Kits are sold as off-road use only.


VAT Refunds


Please note that we do not offer any VAT discounts at the point of purchase for any orders. If applicable you will get a full VAT invoice through with your order and all customers are requested to claim the VAT refund as per their standard procedures.

Copying, reproducing and defamation of the Horizon LEDs website is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use parts of, or any whole of this website you must seek prior permission from us before doing so. We aim to offer our customers a 24-hour uninterrupted service but on very rare occasions, which are out of our control due to maintenance and third party hosting, Horizon LEDs will not be liable for such unavailability.
